However, I must say that the customer service at this hotel was amazing. The staff, especially the girl who worked the breakfast, was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the hotel itself was very clean, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The room was also better than we expected and very comfortable. Despite the disappointing view, we still had a good experience overall at this hotel.
There was really nothing much nearby except for a local neighborhood. It would have been nice to have some shops or restaurants within walking distance.
